We are on the hunt for two experienced, top tier Account Directors to join the RPM family. As an Account Director at RPM you will be free to develop creative concepts from scratch as well as adapting existing concepts. You will support the Business Directors on future planning, strategic development and business development planning.


The ideal candidate will have worked at good BTL/shopper agencies and have developed consumer facing campaigns for both on trade and off trade, preferably for drinks clients.

You will be experienced in working with planners and developing strategic responses for clients and will have a solid understanding of the shopper environment. It is essential that you have experience in delivering toolkits as well as an understanding of category and brand marketing. This position comes with budget and line management responsibilities therefore previous experience in this area is important.

This is a 6 month fixed term contract.
